No Returns or Refunds on any Special Event Florals or Services. Under some extraordinary circumstance; if someone wanted to return a home-delivered floral arrangement, they would have to bring the flowers back to the shop within 3 days. In the event I were to ever receive a complaint of any kind; I am always a text or call away. There are so many ways to prevent any surprises or complaints. All orders receive a photo first. All aspects of my work, my prices, the size of my arrangements, the preparation, and getting farm fresh flowers for each order, are totally incomparable, Honestly; no one else comes close to the level of care, expertise, freshness and huge displays. I treat each order large and small with the same care and make sure I have something to substitute in its place ready before the event. Even with ample notice, I can never guarantee a certain flower or color,. Seasonal flowers are up to mother nature and a blend of what is the most fresh will be used. Event flowers are for special occasions and not designed to last. Flowers for funerals, weddings and events, are designed for a grand one-day display and statement. They are held together in small foam shapes out of water, or hand-tied bouquets for weddings carried out of water all day. Flowers delivered to the home are different and hopefully last as long as possible, but so many factors affect the vase of flowers, mainly nearby heat registers in ceilings or sunny windows. I have never heard of any complaints from any guest regarding how long the flowers last; people always say that my flowers last a month, but I can’t guarantee that. With flowers there is always a way to make something work or substitute different flowers, so nothing can really go wrong. If someone is going to be upset about an exact specific flower not coming in; it is best to stick to faux florals for exact color matching. Mother nature is in charge of both flower availability and the traveling from the farms. I can never guarantee a specific flower or even a color, but I can always guarantee a grand display.
